This Booking & Cancellation Policy outlines the appointment expectations for LA LA LUXE Hair Extensions.

By booking a consultation, service or appointment with LA LA LUXE, you agree to the terms below.

1. Consultations

All new clients are required to book a consultation before booking a full hair extension appointment.

Consultations allow the team to assess your hair, discuss your goals, colour match where needed, and confirm whether nano bead extensions are suitable for you.

Consultations are currently free unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.

2. Appointment Bookings

Appointments are subject to availability and may be booked through the salon’s booking system, by phone, email, social media message or directly with the salon.

Full hair extension appointments are only confirmed once the consultation process has been completed and the appointment has been accepted by LA LA LUXE.

3. Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure certain appointments, especially full hair extension services, longer appointments or high-value bookings.

If a deposit is required, this will be communicated before your appointment is confirmed.

Deposits may be used to cover the time reserved, preparation, colour matching, hair ordering or other appointment-related requirements.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

LA LA LUXE asks that clients provide at least 48 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

This allows the appointment time to be offered to another client.

Cancellations, reschedules or no-shows with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee, where applicable.

5. Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

If you are running late, please contact the salon as soon as possible. Late arrival may reduce the time available for your appointment, and in some cases the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

If the appointment cannot go ahead due to late arrival, cancellation terms may apply.

6. No-Shows

If you do not attend your appointment and do not provide notice, this will be considered a no-show.

No-shows may result in loss of deposit, a cancellation fee, or a requirement to pay a deposit before booking future appointments.

7. Hair Extension Appointments

Hair extension appointments require planning, time and preparation. This may include colour matching, ordering or preparing hair, and allocating a longer appointment time.

For this reason, cancellation and rescheduling policies may be stricter for full hair extension appointments than for general enquiries or consultations.

8. Pricing and Quotes

All pricing is confirmed during or after consultation based on your hair, goals, required hair amount, colour match, method, maintenance needs and appointment type.

Any prices listed on the website or provided before consultation are general guides only and may vary depending on the individual client.

9. Payment

Payment is required at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

LA LA LUXE may offer payment options such as Afterpay or ZipPay where available. Availability of payment options may vary and is subject to the provider’s terms and approval process.

10. Changes to Appointments

LA LA LUXE reserves the right to reschedule, refuse or amend appointments where necessary, including where the service is not suitable, the appointment has been incorrectly booked, or the required preparation has not been completed.

11. Client Responsibility

Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice and attending recommended maintenance appointments.

Failure to follow aftercare instructions or attend maintenance appointments within the recommended timeframe may affect the condition, appearance and longevity of the extensions.
